11 ways to level up your life in 6 months

1. Seek discomfort

The more you challenge yourself, the more you grow. Push yourself out of your comfort zone and see what you’re made of.- Cold showers- Workout- Fasting

2. Remove distractions

If something is not helping you, cut it out. Be ruthless about staying focused on your goals by removing things that don’t matter. – Social media- Toxic friends- Video games

3. Get organized If your environment (internal & external) is cluttered, it will be hard to focus on what’s important.- Clean your room- Make a schedule- Set clear goals

4. Fuel yourselfIf you want to be at the top of your game, you need to fuel yourself with quality nutrition.- Cut out processed foods- Drink lots of water- Eat plenty of animal products

5. Exercise

Exercising not only helps your physical health, but it is also paramount for your mental health. – Lift weights- Go for long walks – Try new activities

7. Manage stress

Life is stressful, and it won’t get less intense. Learning to manage your stress levels is paramount. – Meditate- Focus on your breath- Do something you love

8. Posture

Bad posture can lead to back pain and will make you feel substantially less confident.- Train your back- Stretch your chest- Remind yourself to not slouch

9. Sleep enough.Sleep is essential or your physical and mental health.- Keep a consistent bedtime- Keep your bedroom cool & dark- Avoid caffeine after 2pm

10. Communication Skills

Being able to communicate effectively is an important skill in all aspects of life.- Take a public speaking class- Read books on communication- Spark up conversations with strangers

11. Take action”Just be happy” is silly advice. While it is true happiness comes from within, you need to take action to be happy. If you don’t like something: change it!- Aim to be at least 1% better every day- Don’t compare yourself to others- Apply all the above
