The defunct Plantashun Boiz – 2Face, Faze, and Blackface – have settled their rift and reunited to perform at the Memorial of hip hop legend Sound Sultan.
The Plantashun Boiz split in 2004 after 2face exited the group for a Solo Career on the platform of Kennis Music.
The group started with 2face and Blackface during their college days in the Institute of Management and Technology (I.M.T.), Enugu.
The group became formidable following Faze’s inclusion and the launch of their first album in 2000.
The music acts since their split have released numerous singles and albums individually and have been making it excellently in the industry.
They stunned the audience at the memorial of the late hip-hop icon who died on July 11, 2021 due to throat cancer, Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma.
The trio performed their track titled “Plantashun Boiz,” and a tribute song to the late Sound Sultan.
