Daughter of President Muhammadu Buhari, Hanan has bagged a Masters Degree in Fine Art Photography from the Royal College of Art, London, United Kingdom, today, June 29, 2021 at the age of 22.
According to report, the convocation ceremony held at the Royal Albert Hall, as degrees were conferred on nearly 1,200 graduands from the class of 2021.
Hanan, who got married to Muhammad Turad Sha’aban, last year, graduated with first class honours from a UK university in 2019.
Hanan Buhari was born on August 30, 1998 during a period when her father was the head of the Nigerian army.
Hanan began her educational journey at the Kaduna International School, Nigeria and then went to the prestigious Ravensbourne University in England where she she studied photography and media and graduated with a first class.
After completing her studies in England, she returned home to Nigeria in 2019 and started operating as a fine art photographer.
Hanan Buhari was single until September 4, 2020 when she got married to Mohammed Turad Sha’aban at an extravagant wedding ceremony at Nigeria’s presidential villa in Aso Rock.
Her husband, Turad, is a special adviser to former Lagos state governor and current minister of works.
