… As it signs partnership deal with PayPal
Flutterwave has taken a bold step after celebrating its over $1 billion value in the past week to form a formidable partnership with PayPal’s 377 million + customers.

The Africa’s top fintech firm announced that the partnership is aimed at integrating African Businesses with the customers of one of the largest e-commerce company in the world.
Commenting on this development, the Co-founder and CEO of Flutterwave, Olugbenga Agboola, said on his official Twitter handle, @TechProd_Arch.
“As we build the largest payment infrastructure in Africa Flutterwave, we also know that Africa does not exist in isolation. We need to connect Africa to the world when it comes to payments and we took a closer step to that today.
“Today, we are announcing an important step towards achieving our mission and goals. We, Flutterwave, have collaborated with PayPal to allow businesses in Africa receive payments from over 377 million PayPal users all over the world.
“This removes the restriction for African merchants to accept PayPal because once you have Flutterwave for business, PayPal is now one of your payment types.”
