How to Own a Home with N30,000 Income

With the National Social Housing Programme (NSHP), a programme under the Economic Sustainability Plan (ESP), the Federal Government is set to provide homes for about 1.5 million Nigerians.

Through the programme, Nigerians will be able to own homes for as little as N2 Million Naira with flexible repayment plans.

The following apartments are available with easy payment options and lowest interest rates nationwide.

1 bedroom flat House for ₦2,000,000
2 bedroom flat House for ₦2,750,000
3 bedroom flat House for ₦3,500,000

How to be a beneficiary of this initiative

Apply: Application is open to Nigerians to apply for free for the programme by visiting www.nshp.gov.ng and following the procedures.
Also, application is open to SMEs and artisans in the construction sector to partner with the scheme.
Qualifications Process: Applicants will be subjected to a free, fair and transparent competitive qualification process.
Delivery: Successful applicants will make contributions towards their homes while awaiting delivery.

Commenting on the programme during visitation to one of the site in Dei Dei, Abuja on Saturday, January 2, 2020.

The Vice President of the Federation and Chairman of the Economic Sustainability Plan initiative, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo said that:

“On the average, anybody earning N30,000 a month & is ready to spend a third of that amount, will be able to afford one of these houses, that is the plan. What I have seen so far, there is a 1-bedroom unit and there is a 2-bedroom unit, both coming under N2m.”

The programme is facilitated by the Federal Government through it Economic Sustainability Plan set-up to cushion the adverse implications of the global pandemic.

The initiative is managed by the Family House Funds.
