A United States District Court for the Central District of California has ordered the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to arrest the Deputy Commissioner of the Nigerian Police Force, Abba Kyari.
The police deputy boss was allegedly connected to the multi-million dollar fraud perpetrated by Ramon Abbas (Hushpuppi).
