Jide Kosoko Faces Criticisms Over Iyabo Ojo Ban
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Jide Kosoko faces wide criticisms on social media over the ban placed by the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) on Iyabo Ojo and Nkechi Blessing.

According to the statement released by the association, the members directors of the association are directed to desist from engaging the services of Iyabo Ojo and Nkechi Blessing for their disregard for the association.

Although, the association its decision is not in connection with Baba Ijesha sex scandal, many users on Instagram have argued that the action is connected to it.

@sandrah_oa said: “You didn’t discipline your member who molested a teenager, you are disciplining those who spoke against it. Wisdom is really not by age. Total shame.”

@oyinkan_oladipupo said: “Jide kosoko aside from the fact that I no longer respect you, what if it was your daughter?”

@temmykitbeauty also said: “Let me get this clear, they never mentioned the Baba ijesha case even if Jide kosoko is trying to take this issue personally. But I think they are trying to restructure the association and passing a message of no fight on social media. I had they sanctioned lege too. And because Yomi Fabiyi was a member they are protecting him, which I feel even at least they should also punish him to make the case fair. My case.”

@patrickebi said: “I used to have high regards for Prince Jide Kosoko but after hearing him saying ” even if the law says.. We can frustrate you out of the industry.. ” it just shows how much he is suffering from intellectual menopause. They are placing a ban on people fighting for justice instead of the person that was caught pant down. A man who was caught on camera molesting a teenager. Yoruba ronu.”

@kanoel_fabrics said: “How can you caution someone that is not a member????? Wtf yall talking about.??????? So there are no women in the TAMPAN. 99% of the people addressing the press are all men???????? What have they done to their member who has been caught molesting a child????? Gosh!!!!!”

@moe_muffin said: “Look at these elders!!!! I’m disgusted at the silly words coming out of their mouths! Tf???? God I thank you for my parents.”

h20syde_autoz said: “You can frustrate agitators but you can’t frustrate the alleged rapist…… if you had used the same strength in your career sir.. you should have blown beyond this…..”

mercy_nee said: “Why the Partial Judgement I’m disappointed.”

nze_bobo1 said: “@princejidekosoko baba they respect your old age. Election dey come, we know you na to lobby for cash. Now stay calm, you no be God now. How can a full grown man say you work against someone. Baba make I know lie, you no try, na God almighty get power pass agbalagba.”
