Ardova Plc, a major Marketer of Petroleum Products in Nigeria has announced the change of it’s Company Registered Address.
This announcement was made on the official website of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) in a statement signed by the AG of the Company’s Secretary/General Counsel, Oladeinde Nelson – Cole.
The Statement which was dated 6 December 2020 with a title “NOTIFICATION – CHANGE OF RERGISTERED ADDRESS” notified the Public and NSE that it’s change of Address has been approved by CAC.
“Ardova Plc (the Company) hereby notifies the investing public and The Nigerian Stock Exchange that the Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC has approved the change of the Company’s Registered Office”. It read.
Initially, the company was located at 13 Walter Carrington Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos, but it is currently located at 1 AP/Conoil Road, Ijora, Lagos.
