Popular Nigerian Filmmaker sent social media into a frenzy yesterday, with the announcement of her engagement to Oscar Heman-Ackah.
Recall that The News Beam had earlier reported that Oscar popped the question in a surprise party he threw on Adetiba’s behalf in Ghandd on January 28, 2022.
Fans and friends had flooded Adetiba’s comment section and social media, at large, with congratulatory messages. Many, however, are not familiar with who the lucky man is.

Who is Oscar Heman-Ackah?
1. His full name is Oscar Heman-Ackah and he was born to Nigerian Ghanaian parents.
2. He spent his childhood in Warri, Delta state where he attended Fieldcrest International High School before proceeding to get a degree from Benson Idahosa University.
3. Oscar is a music producer, songwriter, vocal instructor, and sound designer.
4. Locally, Oscar is the brain behind numerous hit songs by A-list Nigerian musicians like Psquare, Simi, Adekunle Gold, Darey Art-Alade, Chidinma, Omawunmi, Tuface, Praiz, Bez, Niyola, Banky W, Retta, Phyno, and many more.
5. Oscar in 2011 reached a publishing deal with Bu Vision. Bu vision is a label run by Akon’s brother Bu Thiam, in association with Konvict Muzik and The Island Def Jam Music Group This afforded him the opportunity to work with international acts like Akon himself, Rihanna, Marian Mereba, Chris Brown, Miranda Brookes, Skylar Gray, Leona Lewis, Marian Mereba, Ludacris, etc.
6. He is also the Creative Director at Soltracka media ltd. This organisation creates commercials and jingles for businesses, coordinates choirs and offers scores, as well as provides soundtracks for movies.
