The National Examinations Council (NECO) has revealed 5th of June 2021 as the new date for candidates to write the Common Entrance Examination into Federal Unity Schools.
The Council who announced this on its official Twitter page, noted that the fee for the examination is N2,500 only and parents and guardians were instructed to take note of the information.
“Parents, guardians and relevant stakeholders to please take note of this information, registration is still ongoing Visit for registration.” It stated.
Unity schools are Federal Government owned secondary schools across the nation in which students from all parts of the country can come together to learn without any form of discrimination.
Admission into unity schools in Nigeria is by a national common entrance examination conducted by the National Examination Council (NECO). Unity schools fees are subsidised by the federal government of Nigeria.
There are currently about 104 unity schools in Nigeria.
