NSCDC: Residents Of Osun Can Be Assured Of Adequate Security

Commandant Emmanuel Ocheja, the Osun State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), has assured residents of the state of adequate security amidst the pandemonium that had been witnessed in the state capital in the past few days.

Hoodlums had attacked the convoy of the former Governor of Osun State, and current Minister of the Federal Ministry of Interior, Mr. Rauf Aregbesola, on Monday, at around Old Garage area in Osogbo, the state capital.”

Ocheja, who spoke through the Command’s Public Relations Officer, Assistant Superintendent of Corps II, Mr. Atanda Olabisi, said “Osun State is a state of peace.

He added that command will continue to provide excellent and all-inclusive security services in accordance with the corps’ statutory mandates and functions. NSCDC’s watchword at all times is professionalism and impartiality.”
