(VIDEO) Yoruba Nation: Pictures of 14-Year Old Killed by Stray Bullet During Lagos Rally
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

A 14-year old identified as Jumoke, has been killed by bullets allegedly fired by a security operative dispersing Yoruba Nation agitators at Ojota, Lagos State.

According to report, the teenager was displaying drinks at a shop when the bullet hit her and ripped open her stomach.

Recall that TheNewsBeam reported that the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, announced that no rally is allowed in Lagos.

However, some Yoruba nation agitators comprising Sunday Igboho-led group and the umbrella body of Yoruba self-determination groups, Ilana Omo Oodua, led by a renowned historian and former senator, Emeritus Professor Banji Akintoye, dared the security operatives by spreading banners and flyers to announce their arrival and presence.

According to report, few minutes after the agitators arrived, shots were fired and hot water from an armoured tank was sprayed to disperse them.
